| Cream
shortening and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking
powder, soda, and salt. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix until
well blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool
1 minute, then transfer to racks. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. |
