| Prepare crust
and place in 9-inch pie plate. In large bowl, combine all filling
ingredients except Wheat Nuts; beat well. Stir
in Wheat Nuts. Pour mixture into pastry-lined pan. |

| Bake at 350 degrees for
45-55 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped
cream, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers. 8 servings. |
