Wheat Nuts Dessert |

30-oz. can pumpkin pie mix |

2-layer package yellow cake mix |

eggs |

cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 |

cup sugar |
1 |
|
cup chopped Wheat Nuts |
1 |

12-oz. can evaporated milk |

|
|
| Combine
pumpkin, eggs, sugar, and milk. Pour into greased 9"x13"
pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with
melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with Wheat Nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted
in center comes out clean. If Wheat Nuts become
too brown, cover loosely with foil for last few minutes. Serve warm
or cool with whipped cream, vanilla yogurt or ice cream. |
