| Cream together
butter or margarine and brown sugar. Blend in flour. Press into
ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees
(325 degrees in glass pan). |

| Scatter Wheat Nuts evenly
over baked layer and press lightly into surface. Bake 5 minutes
at same temperature used for crust. |

| Melt the 2 tablespoons of
butter or margarine. Add syrup and chips and cook until melted and
mixture comes to a low boil. |

| Drizzle carefully and evenly
over Wheat Nuts layer. Let cool and cut into small squares. |
