| Melt butter or margarine in
a saucepan. Add the brown sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes,
stirring constantly. Add the milk and continue to cook, stirring
constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and
cool completely. |

| Gradually add confectioners' sugar and
maple flavoring, mixing until candy is of fudge consistency. Stir
in Wheat Nuts. Spread into buttered 8"x8"
or 9"x9" pan. Chill. Cut into squares. |
