| Melt the chocolate
and butterscotch chips together in a double boiler or microwave
oven. Mix in peanut butter. Spread 2/3 of this mixture in a 10x15
inch pan and place in freezer to harden quickly. |

| Melt butter
or margarine in a no stick pan. Add the sweetened condensed milk,
pudding mix and maple flavoring. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and mix in the powdered sugar. Spread and pat over
top of first layer. (This layer will be the consistency of cookie
dough.) |

| Mix the remainder
of the chocolate mixture with the Wheat Nuts. Spread
over entire surface. Cut into 1 inch squares before too hard. Refrigerate. |
